山东省社会保障水平现状及其适度性分析

摘　　要：通过对山东省2007—2014年社会保障数据进行整理分析发现,山东省社会保障支出及社会保障水平都表现为稳步提高。运用社会保障水平测定模型及社会保障水平发展系数,分别测算山东省社会保障水平的适度水平区间和社会保障水平同经济发展的适度性,得出结论,山东省的社会保障水平发展速度高于经济发展速度,现有的社会保障水平存在不适度情况,历年来均未达到社会保障水平的下限值。The paper through to the shandong province in 2007—2014social security data analysis found that spending on social security of shandong province and the level of social security is improved steadily.Measurement model using the social security level and the level of social security development coefficient,respectively,the moderate level interval of measuring the level of social security of shandong province with the moderation of economic development and social security level,come to the conclusion that the level of social security of shandong province development faster than the speed of economic growth,the existing social security level is not appropriate,over the years failed to meet the lower limit value of social security level.
