疏肝补肾汤配合运动疗法治疗椎间盘源性腰痛疗效及对生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察疏肝补肾汤配合运动疗法治疗椎间盘源性腰痛患者的临床疗效及对生存质量的影响。方法将120例椎间盘源性腰痛患者随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组给予西乐葆配合运动疗法治疗,试验组给予疏肝补肾汤配合运动疗法治疗,2组均以4周为1个疗程。1个疗程后统计2组临床疗效;观察2组治疗前及治疗后4周、2个月、3个月VAS评分及JOA评分,治疗前及治疗后4周SF-36生存质量量表积分。结果试验组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后4周、2个月、3个月VAS、JOA评分均较治疗前明显改善(P均<0.05),且试验组改善程度更明显(P均<0.05);2组治疗后4周SF-36生存质量各项评分均明显高于治疗前(P均<0.05),且试验组各项评分均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论疏肝补肾汤配合运动疗法治疗椎间盘源性腰痛疗效好,可明显改善患者的临床症状及生存质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect Shugan Bushen decoction combined with exercise therapy on discogenic low back pain and patient＇s quality of life.Methods 120 cases of patients with discogenic low back pain were randomly divided into experimental group and control group .The control group was given celebrex combined with exercise ther-apy, the observation group was given Shugan Bushen decoction combined with exercise therapy ,both the treatment courses were four weeks .After one course the clinical curative effects were observed in both groups , the changes of VAS scores , JOA scores before treatment, in 4 weeks, 2 months, 3 months after treatment , the changes of SSF -36 life quality scores before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment were observed .Results The total effective rate in experimental group was higher than that in con-trol group （P〈0.05）, the VAS scores and JOA scores after treatment were all significantly improved compared with that be -fore treatment in both groups（P〈0.05）, and the improvements in experimental group were more significant （P〈0.05）.The scores of SF-36 life quality were all higher after treatment than that before treatment in both groups （P〈0.05）, and the scores were more higher in experimental group than that in control group （ P〈0 .05 ） .Conclusion Shugan Bushen decoction combined with exercise therapy has good curative effect on discogenic low back pain , which could significantly improve clinical symptoms and quality of life ,and is worthy of clinical popularization and application .
