摘 要:目的探究快速成型个体化经皮椎体成形导航模板在胸椎压缩性骨折治疗中的应用意义。方法选择1例胸椎压缩性骨折患者,将其伤椎三维重建后所得的数据导入计算机辅助设计软件Mimics 15.0、Unigraphics NX9.0中进行相关处理、分析和格式转换,再根据患者伤椎三维空间内的骨折情况,设计经皮椎体成形导航模板数字模型,最后应用快速成型技术打印经皮椎体成形导航模板。术中通过C形臂X射线机辅助确认经皮椎体成形导航模板的位置,然后利用其上精确设计的穿刺点及进针通道完成椎体成形。结果手术时间缩短,骨水泥外漏、神经损伤等并发症发生风险减少,患者预后良好。结论经皮椎体成形导航模板具有省时、精确、安全等特点,对于胸椎压缩性骨折的治疗具有积极的临床意义。Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness of a rapid prototyping and individualized navigation template for percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of thoracic vertebral compression fractures.Methods One case of a thoracic vertebral compression fracture was chosen.The 3-dimensional data of the injured vertebra was imported into computer-aided design softwares(Mimics 15.0and Unigraphics NX9.0)to conduct analysis and format conversion.Furthermore,on the basis of the fracture situation of the injured vertebra in three-dimensional space,a digital navigational template for percutaneous vertebroplasty was designed.Finally,the template was manufactured using rapid prototyping technology.The position of the template and the puncture points as well as the needle passage for percutaneous vertebroplasty intraoperatively were determined by means of a c-arm X-ray machine.Results The operation time was shortened.The risk of complications of cement leakage and nerve injury was reduced.The patient recovered uneventfully after surgery.Conclusion The percutaneous vertebroplasty navigation template is fast,safe and exact,indicating apromising future in the treatment of thoracic vertebral compression fractures.
