摘 要:针对超深高温高压气井固井难点,通过优选DC200型胶乳增强水泥浆防气窜性能,降低水泥石渗透率;优选改性弹性粒子、有机聚合物纤维和无机矿物纤维为复合增韧材料,有效增强水泥石弹韧性,研制出了高温防气窜性能和弹韧性能优良的复合型水泥浆体系。评价显示:体系耐温达160℃以上,SPN值<1,静胶凝强度过渡时间仅为12 min,防气窜效果好;与常规水泥石相比,渗透率可降低80%左右,弹性模量可降低60%左右,抗折强度可增加84%左右,水泥石抗冲击载荷可增加86.69%左右,显示出优异的力学性能;该体系在塔中顺南401井和顺南4-1井成功应用,整体固井质量良好。说明该体系可满足超深高温、高压气井固井技术要求,应用前景良好。According to cement difficulties of high temperature high pressure gas well,complex cement slurry with good high temperature gas channeling prevention was studied,and set cement has good elasto-toughness property. Styrene-butadiene latex DC200 was optimized as high-temperature agents to enhance anti-channeling performance of the cement slurry,and reduce permeability of set cement; modified elastics,organic polymer fibers and inorganic mineral fibers were optimized as composites to reduce the brittleness,strength toughness and impact resistance of set cement. Laboratory experiments showed that the cement slurry system temperature resistivity could go up to 160 ℃,with good comprehensive properties and gas-migration prevention performance,SPN value < 1,the gel strength increased form 48 Pa to 240 Pa only in 12 min. Compared with the conventional set cement,the set cement showed excellent mechanical properties,permeability 0. 05 m D,a 80% reduction; modulus elasticity 5. 4 GPa,a60% reduction; flexural strength 4. 8 MPa,increased by 84%; impact load 145. 92 MPa,increased 86. 69%,axial strain increased by 50% before the set cement damaged at confining pressure 10 MPa,The complex Cement Slurry applied in well Shunnan 401 and Shunnan 4-1,and resulted in good cementing quality. The application demonstrated that the complex cement slurry system could meet the demand of cementing in super deep high temperature high pressure gas well.
