摘 要:为降低610 MPa级水电钢的生产成本,鞍钢鲅鱼圈厚板部5500生产线采用降低合金成分,以"TMCP+回火"的工艺方式代替常规调质工艺生产。通过对TMCP及回火工艺研究发现,提高钢板入水温度及返红温度可提高产品力学性能,改善钢板板形;采用合理的回火工艺,可进一步提高产品屈服强度和抗拉强度。In order to reduce the cost of producing 610 MPa grade hydropower steel, this kind of steel was produced by application of the "TMCP plus tempering" technology in the 5500 pro-duction line in Heavy Plate Mill of Bayuquan Iron & Steel Subsidiary Company of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. instead of the conventional quenching and tempering technology based on reduction of alloying elements. By studying the TMCP plus tempering technology, it was found that the me-chanical properties of products and their plate shape can be improved by increasing the tempera-ture of feeding the steel plates into cooling water and self-tempering temperature. At the same time both the yield strength and tensile strength of the products can also be improved by using the suit-able tempering process.
