摘 要:目的研究吡拉西坦1个有关物质的合成方法。方法以4-氨基丁酸为起始原料,经过酯化、磺酰化等6步反应制得中间体4-[N-(9-芴甲氧基羰基)-N-(氨甲酰甲基)]氨基丁酸,最后经哌啶水解生成4-(N-氨甲酰甲基)氨基丁酸。结果最终产物经核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)和质谱(MS)确证结构。结论本研究合成了1个吡拉西坦的有关物质,作为吡拉西坦的质量研究的重要参照物。Objective To study the chemical synthesis of one related substance of piracetam.Methods One intermediate was synthesized from 4-amino butyric acid by esterification reaction,sulfonated reaction and other 4 steps reaction.4-( N-formamyl methyl) amino butyric acid was obtained by hydrolysis process of the intermediate in piperidine.Results The structure of end product was confirmed by MS,1H-NMR.Conclusion One related substance of piracetam was synthesized successfully in this study.This substance was taken as the reference for the quality control of piracetam.
