多功能外固定架联合髓内钉内固定治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨多功能外固定架联合髓内钉内固定治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折的疗效情况。方法:分析50例胫腓骨开放性骨折患者临床资料,依据固定方式不同进行分组,单臂外固定组20例和联合固定组30例。观察两组胫腓骨开放性骨折患者术后疗效情况。结果:联合固定组胫腓骨开放性骨折患者临床治疗总有效率高于单臂外固定组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多功能外固定架联合髓内钉内固定治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折的疗效明显,预后良好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To approach curative effect of treatment open tibiofibula fractures by multifunctional external fixator com-bined with intramedullary nail fixation.Method The clinical data of 50 cases of open tibiofibula fractures patients were analyzed, which was to be divided into two groups by different fixed form,single arm external fixation group 20 cases and joint fixation group 30 cases.The curative effect of open tibiofibula fractures patients after operation in two groups were detected.Results The clinical treatment total effective rate of open tibiofibula fractures of joint fixation group open tibiofibula fractures patients was higher than single arm external fixation group,the difference was statistically significance （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of treat-ment open tibiofibula fractures by multifunctional external fixator combined with intramedullary nail fixation is obviously,prognosis is good,which is to be used.
