高IgG4^+鼻腔、鼻窦疾病CT表现与病理对照研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨组织Ig G4+浆细胞显著升高的鼻腔、鼻窦疾病的CT表现与病理对照研究。方法:回顾性分析26例鼻腔、鼻窦组织Ig G4+浆细胞显著升高患者CT资料及病理资料。结果:26例患者中炎性徦瘤2例,炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤1例,慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉10例,鼻硬结症1例,Wegener肉芽肿4例,真菌性鼻窦炎8例。上述疾病CT表现均较具特征性。结论:多种鼻腔、鼻窦疾病伴组织Ig G4+浆细胞显著增高,CT表现有助于疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断。Objective To evaluate the correlations between CT manifestations of Hyper -IgG4 Disease of nasal sinus and its pathological findings.Method CT scans and pathologic results of 26 cases of were reviewed retrospectively.All of Pathological biop-sy was infltrated by a lymphoplasmacytic inflammation with IgG4 -positive cells.Results 2 Of the 26 patients were Pseudotumour, 1 cases was the inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor,10 cases were chronic sinusitis,1 case was Rhinoscleroma,4 cases were sinon-asal Wegenercs granulomatosis,8 cases were non -invasive fungal sinusitis.CT features of these disease was comparatively charac-teristical.Conclusion Many Disease of nasal sinus Pathological biopsy is infltrated by a lymphoplasmacytic inflammation with IgG4-positive cells.CT may be valuable in differential diagnosis.
