摘  要:目的:探究留置针局部加温对预防静脉留置针血栓形成的影响。方法:选取手术患者1 200例,平均分为观察组和对照组各600例,其中对照组给予常规静脉留置针护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予留置针局部加温护理,观察对比两组患者堵管、溶血发生情况,及留置针留置时间。结果:观察组堵管率35.8%,明显少于对照组的61.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组溶血率7.2%,明显少于对照组的14.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组静脉留置针留置时间为(72.3±13.4)h,明显长于对照组的(31.5±15.6)h,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:留置针局部加温可预防静脉留置针血栓形成,减少堵管及溶血的发生,延长静脉留置针留置时间,提高患者输液中的安全系数,减少对血管损伤及机体危害,值得临床借鉴。Objective To explore the local heating catheter indwelling needle for the prevention of venous thrombosis.Method 1 200 cases of surgical patients were selected and divided into observation group and control group,600 cases in the control group received conventional intravenous catheter care,600 cases in the observation group were based on the Catheter care given to local heating,the two groups were observed and compared plugging,hemolysis situation,and indwelling catheter time.Results The rate of percent plugging in the observation group was 35.8%,which was significantly less than the 61.2% of that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05);the hemolysis rate of in the observation group was 7.2%,which was significantly less than 14.7% of that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05);observation group intravenous catheter indwelling time was (72.3 ±13.4)h,which was significantly longer than the control group (31.5 ±15.6)h,the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05).Conclusion Catheter local heating can prevent intravenous catheter thrombosis,reduce plugging and hemolysis,prolonged intravenous catheter indwelling time and improve patient safety factor infusion and reduce the body′s vascular injury and harm,worthy of reference.
