摘 要:热历史和剪切历史对含蜡原油的非牛顿低温流变性影响显著。以具有代表性的番禺原油为例,通过一系列的热处理和剪切处理试验,对含蜡原油进行了流变性能试验。试验结果表明:热处理温度、加热次数、剪切速率、降温速率等对于含蜡原油的低温流变性均具有一定的影响。当热处理温度为65℃时,原油的低温流变性最好,其凝点降幅高达13℃左右;当热处理温度为55℃时,含蜡原油低温流变性严重恶化;在0.5-1.5℃/min的降温区间内,剪切速率越大,降温速率越小,对含蜡原油流变性影响程度越大,最大降黏幅度达73%左右。Thermal history and shear history have significant impacts on non-Newtonian rheological property of waxy crude oil at low temperature. With the typical Panyu crude oil as an example, a series of heat treatments and shear test experiments for rheological properties done. The test results show that heat treatment temperature, times of heating, shear rate, rate of cooling, have certain influence for waxy crude oil at low temperature rheology. When the heat treatment temperature is 65 ℃ , the low temperature rheology of crude oil is best, its pour point fells as much as 13 ℃ ; When the heat treatment temperature is 55 ℃ , the low temperature rheology of waxy crude oil become deteriorated. In a temperature range of 0? 5 ?1. 5 ℃ /min,the greater shear rate and the smaller cooling rate will lead to the greater influence on waxy crude oil rheology, what,s more maximum ,reduction will up to 73%.
