摘 要:对等值盐密安全范围的研究是确定绝缘子清扫、维护周期的重要工作。通过理论分析计算和ANSYS热仿真及实验验证,对高寒、高污染煤场铁路绝缘子污秽物成分、泄露电流、热流场、水收集、水蒸发等的分析计算,分析高寒、高污染煤场铁路绝缘子表面水平衡和热平衡,解释绝缘子在此环境下表面无覆冰现象的原因;同时还确定在特定环境下,满足绝缘子不覆冰且不出现污闪和冰闪的在线监测绝缘子等值盐密度安全范围。Researching on ESDD safe range is the important work of determining maintenance cycle of insulators. Through theoretical analysis and calculation and ANSYS thermal simulation and experiments, alpine and high polluting coal field railway insulators dirty components, leakage current, the heat flow field, water collection, water evaporation, were analysed and calculated. It analyzed the surface water balance and heat balance of insulators of the alpine and highpolluting coal field of railway. Not only explained the reasons of the phenomenon that in this environment the insulator surface isn' t frozen, but also identified the safe range of online monitoring ESDD in which the insulator isn 't frozen and does not meet flashover and ice flash.
