NaCl胁迫对白蜡种子萌发特性的影响

摘　　要：该研究以秦皇岛市和保定市两地的白蜡种子为试材,用不同浓度的Na Cl溶液处理,测定其萌发过程中发芽速率、发芽率和发芽指数的变化。研究表明:随着盐浓度的升高,两地种源的种子的发芽率、发芽指数均呈现降低的变化趋势,但保定种源降低的更明显,秦皇岛的白蜡种子抗盐性要优于保定白蜡种子的抗盐性。This study treated Fraxinus Chinensis seeds collected qinhuangdao and baoding respectively with different concentration of Na Cl solution,the germination speed,germination rate,germination index in the process of germination were studied.Results showed that with the increase of salt concentration,both provenance of seed germination rate,germination index showed a trend of the change of the lower,but the baoding provenance reduced more apparent,salt resistance of qinhuangdao seeds is superior to baoding seeds.
