摘 要:目的探讨年龄、身高、体质量、体质量指数等指标对重庆主城区中老年男性骨质疏松症患者骨密度(Bone mineral density,BMD)的影响,为本地区骨质疏松防治提供参考依据。方法用双能X线骨密度检测法测定119例重庆主城区中老年男性骨质疏松症患者腰椎、股骨颈、大转子、转子内区、髋部总体和Ward's三角的BMD值,同时记录患者年龄、体质量、身高等指标,并计算其体质量指数。用SPSS 21.0统计软件将年龄、身高、体质量、体质量指数与各部位BMD值进行Pearson相关分析,并对三组不同体质量指数组间差异进行方差分析。结果年龄与股骨颈、大转子、转子内区、髋部总体和Ward's三角骨密度呈负相关;体质量与大转子、转子内区和髋部总体的骨密度呈正相关;体质量指数也与大转子、转子内区和髋部总体骨密度呈正相关。不同体质量指数患者腰椎、大转子和髋部总体骨密度组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论年龄、体质量和体质量指数均是影响重庆主城区中老年男性骨质疏松症患者骨密度的因素,以年龄对骨密度的影响最大。保持适当的体质量有利于延缓骨质疏松症的发生和防止骨质疏松性骨折。Objective To investigate the effects of age,height,weight and body mass index on the bone mineral density( BMD) in the elderly male patients with osteoporosis in the main urban area of Chongqing,and to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in the region. Methods By using the dual energy X-ray bone density detection method,we determined the BMD value of 119 cases of elderly male patients with osteoporosis in the main urban region of Chongqing with their lumbar vertebra,neck of the femoral,greater trochanter,inner area of trochanter,hip and ward's triangle,recorded the patient's age,weight,height,and other indicators,and calculated the body mass index. We used SPSS 21 statistical software to make Pearson correlation analysis of the age,height,weight,body mass index and the BMD value of all parts,and make analysis of variance of the difference between the three groups of body mass index. Results Age had a negative correlation with bone density of neck of the femoral,greater trochanter,inner area of trochanter,hip and ward 's triangle; body weight had a positive correlation with bone density of greater trochanter,inner area of trochanter and hip; body mass index also had a positive correlation with bone density of greater trochanter,inner area of trochanter and hip. There was a significant difference of the bone density among vertebra,greater trochanter and hip in patients with different body mass index( P0. 05). Conclusion Age,body weight and body mass index were the main factors affecting the bone density in the elderly male patients with osteoporosis in the main urban area of Chongqing,and age had the most important influence. Maintaining proper weight can help to delay the occurrence of osteoporosis and prevent osteoporotic fractures.
