成都地区人群血清同型半胱氨酸水平横断面调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解成都地区人群血清同型半胱氨酸水平的分布,探索健康管理的重点人群。方法 2013年1月至2014年10月我中心进行体检的人群中抽取11740例,年龄从18岁~92岁,平均年龄（45.86±13.53）岁,其中男7441例,女4299例,采用循环酶法检测血清同型半胱氨酸水平,进行统计学分析。结果成都地区人群中血清同型半胱氨酸平均水平（14.31±7.50μmol/L）,男性（16.13±8.52μmol/L）高于女性（11.15±3.46μmol/L）,差异有统计学意义。30岁以上人群血清同型半胱氨酸水平及同型半胱氨酸升高检出率随着年龄的增加而增加（P〈0.01）,30岁以下人群血清同型半胱氨酸水平及升高检出率异常增高。血清同型半胱氨酸边缘升高的检出率随着年龄的增高而增高,在50岁以后的男性和70岁以后的女性出现随着年龄的增高而降低。在研究人群中高血压的患病率为12.74%,H型高血压占高血压人群的91.98%。结论成都地区人群血清同型半胱氨酸水平存在性别和年龄的差异,且H型高血压患病率较高,进行健康管理很有必要,30岁以下人群及50岁以后的男性和70岁以后的女性是健康管理的重点人群。Objective To investigate the distribution of the serum homocysteine in chegndu area and explore the focus group of health management. Methods The data from 11740 checkup clients were sampled in health management center from January,2013 to October,2014,including 7441 males and 4299 females aged from 18 ~ 92 with an average of（ 45. 86 ±13. 53）. The serum homocysteine level in the checkup clients was measured by cycling enzymatic method and the data analysed by spss 19.Results The average level of the serum homocysteine in total people is（ 14. 31±7. 50） μmol / L. male（ 16. 13 ±8. 52） μmol / L is higher than female（ 11. 15±3. 46） μmol / L with statistic importance. the level of serum homocysteine and higher detection rate in the age over 30 is increasing with the age increasing（ P〈0. 01）. the level of serum homocysteine and higher detection rate in the age below 30 is abnormally increasing. Rising edge detection rate of serum homocysteine is increasing with age increasing,but in the male over 50 and female over 70 the rate is lower with the age increasing. The prevalence of hypertension in the Study population is 12. 74%,H-type hypertension account for 91. 98%. Conclusion The Serum homocysteine in Chengdu area have difference in age and gender,The prevalence of H-type hypertension is also high. it is important to conduct health management. the focus people is the one below 30 and male older than 50,female older than 70.
