复方丹参滴丸与心脑舒通胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较复方丹参滴丸与心脑舒通胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将180例不稳定型心绞痛患者按治疗方法的不同分为治疗组和对照组,每组90例。治疗组采用复方丹参滴丸治疗,对照组采用心脑舒通胶囊治疗。观察2组治疗前、治疗8周后血液流变学指标(红细胞比容、红细胞沉降率、血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度及纤维蛋白原)、血脂指标(总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)的变化及临床疗效、不良反应发生率。结果 2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组治疗8周后红细胞比容、红细胞沉降率、血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度及纤维蛋白原水平均明显降低(均P<0.05)。2组均未出现不良反应。结论复方丹参滴丸与心脑舒通胶囊治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效相当,均具有改善血液流变学特征的作用,复方丹参滴丸与心脑舒通胶囊均是治疗不稳定型心绞痛的安全、有效的药物。Objective To compare the clinical effects of Fufang Danshen（FFDS）dripping pills and Xinnao Shutong（XNST）capsules on unstable angina pectoris.Methods A total of 180 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly assigned to receive either FFDS dripping pills（treatment group,n=90）or XNST capsules（control group,n=90）.Hemodynamic indexes（hematocrit,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,plasma viscosity,high-shear whole blood viscosity,lowshear whole blood viscosity and fibrinogen）and serum lipid parameters（total cholesterol,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol）were measured before and after treatment for 8weeks.In addition,clinical efficacies and adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups（P〉0.05）.The hematocrit,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,plasma viscosity,high-shear whole blood viscosity,low-shear whole blood viscosity and fibrinogen level decreased after treatment for 8weeks in both groups（P〈0.05）.Moreover,no adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion FFDS dripping pills and XNST capsules have equivalent efficacies and are safe and effective for treating unstable angina pectoris.Both of them can improve blood rheological characteristics in patients with unstable angina pectoris.
