摘  要:目的利用傅立叶显微红外光谱技术对鞋带纤维的种属进行分析,并采用生物显微镜对纤维形态进行进一步确认,以达到分析纤维种属的目的。方法收集了34个不同品牌、型号鞋子的鞋带纤维,其中10种为白色色系,24种为黑色色系。使用傅立叶显微红外光谱仪确定纤维的成分,使用生物显微镜观察纤维的显微形态。结果红外光谱表明,34个鞋带样品中28个样品为聚酯纤维,5个样品为纤维素纤维,1个样品为聚酯与纤维素混纺而成。显微形态表明,5个纤维素纤维样品及1个混纺纤维中的纤维素均呈现出扁平、带状、扭曲的特征,与棉纤维的显微形态一致。结论显微红外光谱法与生物显微镜相互印证,是确定鞋带纤维种属的有效方法。Objective To identify the fiber type of shoelace by infrared microscopy and optical microscopy. Method 34 shoelace fiber samples of different brands and models were collected. Among them, 10 were white and 24 were black. A Fourier transform infrared spectrometer was used to analyze the structure of fibers and a biological microscope was used to observe the morphological features of fibers. Results 24 samples were polyester fibers, 5 samples were cellulose fibers, and1 sample was polyester/cellulose blended fiber. The optical microscopy showed that the cellulose fibers from the five cellulose samples and one polyester/cellulose blended sample were all flat band-like and twisted, consistent with the morphological feature of cotton fiber. Therefore, these cellulose samples were determined as cotton fibers. Conclusion The examination method combining infrared spectroscopy with optical microscopy is effective for fiber type determination.
