静电复印/打印文书的周期性转印痕迹研究

摘　　要：目的探讨周期性转印痕迹在静电复印/打印文书检验中的价值。方法根据周期性转印痕迹的有无,以及该类痕迹的遗留部位、具体形态、大小、相互位置关系、周长等单个或组合特征,鉴别文书的真假。结果周期性转印痕迹为静电复印/打印文书所特有,周期性转印痕迹的周长反映了不同机型、不同辊轴的种类特征,周期性转印痕迹的单个或组合特征也具备特定性与稳定性,能够反映静电复印/打印机具的个体特征及文书形成时间特征。结论周期性转印痕迹可为静电复印/打印文书机具的种类鉴定、同机鉴定、文书相对形成时间分析以及换页/添页文书检验提供重要依据。Objective To discuss the value of periodic transfer marks in the examination of the photocopied/laser printed documents. Method The questioned documents were examined according to whether there are periodic transfer marks and the single or combined features of these marks（such as the location, the specific shape, the size, the mutual position relation, and the perimeter）. Results Periodic transfer marks were unique to photocopied/laser printed documents, and their perimeters reflected the categories of the printer and its rollers. Besides, the single or combined features of the periodic transfer marks have attributes of particularity and stability, so they could also reflect the individuality of the printers and the time-related characteristics of the questioned documents. Conclusion The periodic transfer marks can provide an important basis for the examination of questioned documents, including the classification and identification of the photocopier/laser printer, the examination of documents＇ relative forming time, and the examination of forged document which is formed by replacing or adding pages.
