台湾民宿发展关键成功因素及其对海南的启示

摘　　要：台湾地区的民宿是台湾乡村旅游吸引力的重要组成部分,已朝向专业化和优质化的方向发展,成为游客定点休憩的重要选择。在介绍台湾地区民宿发展历程的基础上,选取台湾九份、苗栗三义乡和垦丁地区民宿作为研究对象,对业主和农会官员进行深度访谈,通过对访谈稿的编码和分析,发现台湾地区民宿业的关键成功因素主要是人、物和合作。同时台湾地区民宿业在发展中也存在一些问题,值得海南在民宿发展中进行思考和防范。As an important component of rural tourism attraction,Taiwan＇s homestays have been developing toward specialization and high quality,and thus become an important choice for tourists＇ recreations.Based on the introduction of the development process of Taiwan＇s homestays,the homestays in Jiufen,Sanyi Township of Miaoli and Kending were selected as the research objects,in order to conduct in-depth interviews with the owners and the officials of peasant associations.Then,by analyzing the interview manuscripts,it was found that people,objects,and cooperation were the key success factors for Taiwan＇s homestays.Furthermore,there were some existing problems in the development of Taiwan＇s homestays,which were worth thinking about and prevention in the development of Hainan＇s homestays.
