宫腔内人工授精成功率的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 分析影响宫腔内人工授精（intrauterine insemination,IUI）成功率的相关因素。方法 回顾性分析2013~2014年北京市海淀区妇幼保健院生殖中心1 659个IUI周期的患者年龄、不孕年限、不孕类型、自然周期或促排卵周期、子宫内膜厚度、排卵数、IUI的时机、洗精前后前向运动精子数、IUI的周期数与妊娠结局的关系。结果 IUI治疗妊娠率与患者年龄、子宫内膜厚度、IUI治疗周期数、排卵数及洗精前前向运动精子数有关（P〈0.05）;与不孕类型、自然周期或促排卵周期、IUI时机、洗涤后前向运动精子数无关（P〉0.05）。结论 影响IUI结局的主要因素是：子宫内膜厚度、患者年龄、IUI治疗周期数、排卵数及洗涤前前向运动精子数。Objective To analyze factors that influencing pregnancy rate after intrauterine insemination （IUI） treatment. Methods 1 659 IUI cycles treated in Maternal and child health hospital of Haidian District from January 2013 to December 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. The relationship between pregnancy rate and following factors were analyzed： the age of female patient, year of infertility, type of infertility, natural or stimulant cycle, thickness of endometrium, number of ovulation, time of IUI, number of progressive motile sperm before and after washing,treatment cycles of IUI. Results Pregnancy rate after IUI was related to factors like the age of female patient, thickness of endometrium, treatment cycles of IUI, number of ovulation and number of progressive motile sperm before washing （P 〈 0. 05）. Pregnancy rate after IUI was irrelevent to type of infertility, natural or stimulant cycle, time of IUI and number of progressive motile sperm after washing. （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The main factors that influencing IUI outcome are the age of female patient, thickness of endometrium, treatment cycles of IUI, number of ovulation and number of progressive motile sperm before washing.
