南宁市成年女性性功能障碍状况及其影响因素

摘　　要：目的 了解南宁市成年女性的性健康、性功能障碍（female sexual dysfunction,FSD）状况及其主要影响因素,为女性性健康的宣教、政策的制订及FSD的防治提供参考。方法 使用中文版女性性功能量表（Chinese version of Female Sexual Function Index,CV-FSFI）对2011年3月至2012年3月在广西壮族自治区妇幼保健院进行健康体检的南宁市661名健康中青年女性或女性陪伴者进行性功能状况的问卷调查,年龄20~43岁,平均年龄（27.61±6.23）岁,其中汉族383名,壮族267名,其他民族11名,以FSFI总评分〈25分作为FSD的诊断标准,各单项评分小于该单项的均数作为诊断各类型性功能障碍的标准。结果 本组女性的FSFI总评分为（24.29±3.56）分,FSD总体发生率为52.50%（347/661）,各种性功能障碍的发生率高低依次为性满足感下降68.53%（453/661）、性高潮障碍47.05%（311/661）、性唤起障碍35.70%（236/661）、性交痛33.13%（219/661）、阴道润滑不足29.65%（196/661）、性欲望降低25.87%（171/661）。随着年龄增长,FSFI评分及各单项评分逐渐下降。教育程度越高、职业越好,性满足感越高。结论 南宁市成年女性的性健康状况不容乐观,FSD总发生率高,并受年龄、职业、教育程度及婚姻状况等因素的影响。Objective To learn the sexual health, sexual dysfunction condition and its main influencing factors of adult women living in Nanning City in Guangxi Province. Methods A questionair of Chinese version of Female Sexual Function Index （ CV - FSFI） was used to assess the sexual health status for 661 healthy female adults living in Nanning City examined in Women and Children Health care Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from March 2011 to March 2012 （aged 20 ± 43, mean age 27.61 ± 6.23 years, in which 383 were Guangxi Hans, 267 were Zhuangs, and 11 were other ethnic groups）, with FSFI score 〈25 regarding asfemale sexual dysfunction （FSD） and each domain score less than its mean level categorizing into corresponding sexual dysfunction. Results The total FSFI score and the overall prevalence of FSD of this cohort were （ 24.29 ± 3.56） and 52.50% （ 347/661 ）, respectively. The most common type of FSD was low sexual satisfaction （ 68. 57% ） （ 453/661 ）, followed by orgasm disorder （47.05 % ） （311/661）, arousal disorder （35.70%） （236/661）, sexual pain （ 33.13% ） （219/661）, virginal dryness （29.65%） （ 196/661 ）, hyposexuality （25.87%） （ 171/661 ）. The score of FSFI and the score of every domain decrease significantly with age. Higher sexual satisfaction was found to be associated with higher education and better occupation. Conclusion The prevalence of FSD is fairly high among adult women in Nanning City, which may be affected by factors such as age, occupation, education, and marriage status.
