摘　　要：王国斌教授根据中医基础理论和中医诊断之精髓,结合自己多年的临床经验,形成了自己的学术思想,提出"五脏相关论"。"五脏相关论"即在诊疗疑难杂症的过程中,应五脏兼顾,不可偏废。"五脏相关论"是对中医五行学说的整体统一论思想的总结与升华。同时,又是中医诊断学整体审察原则的具体体现。王教授将该思想应用于临床实践,对疾病的辨证论治起到了全面科学的指导作用。具体体现在"治肝当固肾""治心当顾脾""治脾亦治心肾""治肺当理脾""治肾亦治脾"五个方面。可见,临床运用"五脏相关论"治疗乙型肝炎、肝硬化、胃脘痛、肠易激惹综合征、咳嗽、椎间盘突出症等多种临床疾病疗效显著。Professor Wang Guobin＇s academic thoughts of ＂ Associated Five Viscera Theory＂ have been developed according to essence of the basic theory and the diagnosis theory of Chinese medicine combined with his clinical experiences of many years. The basic idea of the ＂ Associated Five viscera theory＂ is that in the process of treatment of many diseases,the conditions and the functions of the five internal viscera should be taken into account,either of which can not be neglected. This is both the overall summary of the Holistic and Unified thoughts of Chinese Five Elements Theory and the concrete manifestation of Chinese diagnostics principles. Professor Wang＇ thoughts have been applied in his clinical practices in diagnosis and treatment of the diseases and have played a guiding role in TCM medical science. Good examples are ＂ both Liver and Kidney should be tonified in treating for Liver diseases＂, ＂ Spleen should be tonified in treating for Heart diseases＂, ＂ both Heart and Kidney should be tonified in treating for Spleen diseases＂, ＂ Spleen should be tonified in treating for Lung diseases＂, ＂ Spleen should be tonified in treating for Kidney diseases＂.
