摘　　要：目的：探讨输液药房药品管理和调配模式对工作和患者的影响。方法：介绍输液药房自动化信息系统的流程和调配流程，通过对药房请领模式和药品管理的介绍和新旧调配模式下患者输液等候时间的比较，评价输液药房成立的效果。结果：输液药房领药上药模式，药品有效期、批号的管理模式对药品的管理工作化繁为简；调配流程使患者输液步骤明显简化，并且不需患者自己取药至输液中心；输液等候时间从29～76min缩短到6～13min，同时也减少了护士首次核对药品、书写输液贴和卡的工作环节。结论：输液药房的管理模式加强了对药品的监管和调配模式，减少了患者输液等候时间，减轻了护士的工作量。Objective： To investigate the influence of infusion pharmacy drug management and distribution system on the work mode and patients. Methods： Details of the infusion pharmacy automation application system and distribu- tion system are introduced through the introduction and comparison of the patient infusion waiting time under the new system with that of old system to evaluate the effect of infusion pharmacy foundation. Results： The infusion pharmacy application system, expiry date ＆ batch No. management make the drug management become easier. The distribution system simplifies the patient infusion procedure, becauce the patients do not need to pick up the medicine and take the in- fusion center by themselves, the infusion waiting time is reduced to 6 min and 13 min from the 29 rain and 76 min, and the nurse initial check of drug, written infusion stick, card procedure is cancelled. Conclusion： Infusion pharmacy man- agement system can improve the supervision of drugs, reduce patients waiting time and reduce the workload of nurses.
