摘 要:采用自制的高耐热磷环氧树脂(ED)与脂环族缩水甘油醚环氧树脂(EM)制备了阻燃环氧层压板,并对不同树脂配比的浇铸体及玻璃布层压板性能进行比较分析。结果表明:当m(ED)∶m(EM)为6∶4~7.5∶2.5时,浇铸体的CTI为600,阻燃等级达到UL 94 V-0级;当m(ED)∶m(EM)=6∶4时,环氧层压板的拉伸强度与弯曲强度分别达到530 MPa和610 MPa,冲击强度达到73.5 k J/m2,且具有优异的电气性能。A flame retardant epoxy laminate was prepared with self-made high heat resistance phosphoric epoxy resin ED and cycloaliphatic glycidyl ether epoxy resin EM. The properties of the casting resin with different ratio of epoxy resin and the epoxy laminate were analyzed. The results show that when the ratio between ED and EM ranges from 6:4 to 7.5: 2.5, the comparative tracking index (CTI) of the laminate is 600, and the flame retardancy reach UL 94 V-0. When the ratio between ED and EM is 6: 4, the tensile and flexural strength of the epoxy laminate is 530 MPa and 610 MPa respectively, the im- pact strength is 73.5 kJ/m2, and the epoxy laminate has good dielectric property.
