摘　　要：评估WBC、PLT、HGB出现极端危急值结果的可信度。应用CLSI EP6-A文件对BC5300全自动血细胞分析仪分析测量范围（AMR）和临床可报告范围（CRR）进行评价。WBC、PLT 、HGB的AMR（0.024～96.82）×10^9/L、（9.7～970）×10^9/L、12.5～251g/L，WBC和PLT CRR上限分别为4841×10^9/L和48500×10^9/L。BC5300全自动血细胞分析仪在AMR范围内的测定结果准确，在CRR范围内可向临床发出危急值报告。Assessment of the credibility of the results of extreme critical values of WBC, PLT and HGB. Application of CLSI EP6-A to evaluate analytical measurement range（AMR） and Clinical reportable range（CRR）on BC 5300 Auto Hematology Analyzer. AMR of WBC, PLT, and HGB were （0.024～96.82）×10^9/L, （9.7～970）×10^9/L and 12.5～251g/L, respectively. CRR of PLT and WBC were 4841×10^9/L and 4841×10^9/L. BC 5300 Auto Hematology Analyzer provides accurate results when readings fall within AMR. Clinical critical value can be reported confidently as long as results are within CRR.
