制度感知对农民工主观市民化的影响及其代际和户籍地差异

摘　　要：利用2013年浙江省9个城市2398份农民工调研数据,借鉴移民融合理论,运用制度学习模型,本文实证分析了制度感知对农民工主观市民化水平的影响及其代际和户籍地差异。结论有:(1)制度知晓度和公平度感知对农民工主观市民化水平产生了显著正向影响,新生代农民工中知晓度和公平度感知均显著,而老一代农民工中仅有公平度感知显著;(2)公平度和知晓度感知分别正向调节了人力资本和社会资本对主观市民化水平的影响,新生代农民工秉承了以上结果,老一代农民工仅公平度感知对人力资本存在正向调节,外地农民工仅知晓度感知对社会资本存在正向调节,本地农民工的公平度感知同时存在对人力资本和社会资本的正向调节;(3)人力资本和社会资本对农民工主观市民化水平存在显著正向影响,社会资本的作用更为重要。有序推进农民工市民化的制度安排应在关切农民工人力资本及社会资本提升的同时,制度设计上应做到"以人为本",而制度执行上应加强农民工主体参与和预见性。Using the data from investigation on 2349 migration-workers in 9 cities of Zhejiang province,basedon Theory of Migrants' integration and Institution Learning Model,the paper make an analysis on the influence of institution perception on migration-workers' subjective urbanization level and the difference of generations and origination. The conclusion includes: The awareness and fairness have positive effect on the subjective urbanization level,both of the effects is significant in young generation,but only fairness' effect is significant in old generation,the same things happen in the native and foreign migrationworkers. The awareness and fairness positively meditate the effects of human capital and social capital on the subjective urbanization level individually,the outcome is same in the native migration-works,but only the fairness positively meditate the effect of human capital in the old migration-works,only the awareness positively meditate the effect of social capital in the foreign migration-works. the fairness positively meditates the effect of human and social capital simultaneously. The human and social capital have positive effect on the subjective urbanization level,the social capital is more important in the process,and sex,marital status,migration model and the property in rural are all make the significant effect. At last,the paper designs some policy.
