摘　　要：本文基于生产的基本三要素角度,对我国农业和工业的劳动生产率、土地产出率、资本利用率等因素进行分析,得出以下结论:农业与工业生产率的差距年限为17年;农业土地产出率远低于工业,易造成土地要素的流失;农业资本利用率低,农业难以获得足够的资本要素。基于此,本文从劳动力、土地和资本三要素出发,提出了解决问题的建议:农民职业化、提高土地产出率和非农资本介入农业。There is a big development gap between Chinese agricultural modernization and industrialization,and the dual economy phenomenon existed in China is the main cause of the gap. Try to improve the degree of agricultural modernization and narrow the gap between agriculture and industry are important goals of the'four modernizations'construction in the new period of China. An accurate measurement of the gap between agricultural modernization and industrialization can help us clarify the relationship between the two systems,and the job will be a basic of related policy formulation. This article analyses the differences between agricultural modernization and industrialization in the aspects of labor productivity,land output rate and capital utilization ratio. Then,the research draws the following conclusions: 1. The productivity gap between Chinese agricultural and industrial is 17 years. 2. The land output rate of agricultural is far lower than industry,which can easily lead to the loss of land factors. 3. For the capital utilization rate of agricultural is very low,agricultural cannot get enough capital. Based on the analysis,this paper put forward some suggestions: Try to encourage amateur farmers go to professional farmers; Increase land productivity; Try to guide industrial and commercial capital invest in Agricultural fields.
