摘　　要：介绍了微博网络舆情分析系统的整体流程,描述了数据抓取、分词系统、热点提取方法,针对新浪陕西气象微博,采用情感分析法对实验所提取热点信息的评论进行分析,得到网民对相关气象服务的观点、看法,识别出其情感倾向,进而为气象服务效益评估方式提供新的依据。This paper introduced the whole process of Weibo network public opinion analysis system, and described the data capture technology,word segmentation system and hot extraction methods. Based on Sina Shaanxi meteorological Weibo, this paper analyzed the experimental results by using the method of emotional analysis, and got the opinions and views of citizens on relevant meteorological service and identified the emotional tendencies, so as to provide new basis for meteorological service performance evaluation methods.
