摘　　要：泛在网络环境下高校图书馆读者服务发生了很大的变化,包括读者信息行为的变化、读者服务内容和服务手段、服务空间的变化。为此,高校图书馆必须树立"以读者为中心"的服务理念,做好网络导读、数字化参考咨询等服务,为读者提供个性化、人性化、多样化的知识服务。Under the ubiquitous network environment, reader service of university library has changed greatly, including the change of reader＇s information behavior, the service content and service means, and the change of service space. To this end, university library should establish the reader-oriented service concept, and do well the network reading guidance and digital reference consultation service, to provide personalized, humanized and diversified knowledge service for readers.
