摘 要:以锐钛矿TiO_2为钛源,LiAc为锂源,采用高温固相法制备Li_4Ti_5O_(12)负极材料,考察了不同纳米粒径的TiO_2对Li_4Ti_5O_(12)电化学性能的影响。X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析表明,合成的样品为结晶度高的纳米级尖晶石结构的Li_4Ti_5O_(12)。0.2C倍率的充放电结果表明,LTO_(60)性能最好,首次放电容量为178.82mAh·g^(-1),100次循环后容量保持率高达97.39%。Li4Ti5O12 powders were prepared with high temperature solid state reaction method by titanium dioxide as titanium source and lithium acetate as lithium source.The influences of titanium dioxide grain size on the electrochemical properties to lithium titanate were described. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) show that, the sample was high crystallinity nano-sized lithium titanate of spinel structure. The charge-discharge performances at 0.2C rate showed that the performance of LTO60 was the best . The first discharge capacity is 178.82mAh·g^-1 with retention ratio of 97.39% after 100 cycles.
