通心络胶囊对原发性高血压合并冠心病患者颈动脉粥样硬化及HCY的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察通心络胶囊对原发性高血压合并冠心病患者颈动脉粥样硬化及HCY的影响。方法:选取2013年8月—2014年8月本院门诊治疗的原发性高血压合并冠心病患者126例,所有患者按其颈动脉超声检查结果分为正常组37例、增厚组44例、斑块组45例。所有患者均给予口服常规降压药控制血压,同时加用通心络胶囊治疗,比较三组患者的血压、血脂、血糖水平,测定各组患者的血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平,并对不同斑块大小患者的HCY水平进行比较。结果:正常组血压水平优于增厚组、斑块组(P<0.05);三组患者FPG、TC、TG、HDL及LDL水平比较差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);斑块组患者血浆HCY水平显著高于正常组、增厚组(P<0.05),且斑块面积较大者的HCY水平明显高于斑块面积较小者(P<0.05)。结论:通心络胶囊能改善原发性高血压合并冠心病患者血压水平,颈动脉粥样硬化与血清同型半胱氨酸密切相关,HCY的含量随粥样斑块大小增大而升高。Objective ：To observe the influence of Tongxinluo Capsules on HCY and atherosclerosis of patients with primary hyper- tension complicated with coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods ：Totally 126 patients with primary hypertension complicated with CHD hospitalized between August,2013 and August,2014 were divided into normal group （37 cases） ,mcrassation group （44 ca- ses） and plaque group （45 cases） according to the inspection resuhs of carotid artery ultrasound. All patients were orally given regular hypotensive drugs to control blood pressure and simultaneously added with Tongxinluo Capsules. The levels of blood pres- sure,blood lipid and sugar glucose in the three groups were compared. The level of serum HCY in all groups were measured ,and the levels of HCY among patients with different sizes of plaques were compared. Results ： The level of blood pressure m normal group was better than that in incrassation group and plaque group （P 〈0. 05 ）. The difference of the levels of FPG,TC ,TG,HDL and LDL between the three groups had no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The level of plasma HCY in plaque group was markedly higher than that in normal group and incrassation group（ P 〈 O. 05 ） ; and the level of HCY in patients with larger plaque was obviously higher than that in patients with smaller plaque （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Tongxinluo Capsules can improve the level of blood pressure among patients with primary hypertension complicated with CHD. There＇s close relationship between atheroscle- rosis and serum HCY, and the content of HCY rises with the increase of the size of the atheromatous plaques.
