加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗冠心病合并高血压47例

摘　　要：目的:观察加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)合并高血压的疗效。方法:选取2014年1月—2015年1月本院收治的冠心病合并高血压患者94例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组47例。对照组给予硝苯地平缓释片口服治疗,观察组给予加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗。结果:观察组治疗后TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C等血脂指标水平优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后收缩压、舒张压水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤治疗冠心病合并高血压疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Supplemented Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction on coronary heart disease （CHD） complicated with hypertension. Methods ：Totally 94 patients with CHD complicated with hypertension admitted into hospi- tal between January,2014 and January,2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 47 cases in each group. Control group were orally given Nifedipine Sustained Release Tablet while observatio group were given Supplemented Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction. Results： The levels of serum lipid parameters of TG, TC, HDL-C and LDL-C in observation group were better than these in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of systolic pressure and diastolic blood pressure after the treatment in observation group were better than these in control group （P 〈0, 05 ）. Conclusion ：Supplemented Gualou Xiehai Banxia Decoction has remarkahle therapeutic effects on CHD.
