中西医结合治疗急性放射性食管炎50例

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗急性放射性食管炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例急性放射性食管炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各50例。对照组服用消炎解痉合剂,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服中药。观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:对照组有效率为76%,治疗组有效率为94%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗急性放射性食管炎疗效确切。Objective ：To observe the clinical effects of integrated Chinese and western medicine on acute radiation esophagitis. Methods ：Totally 100 patients with acute radiation esophagitis were randomly divided into two groups. Control group were orally given Anti-inflammatory and Antispasmodic Mixture while treatment group were added with Chinese medicine. The chnical effects of the two groups were observed. Results：The effective rate was 76% in control group and 94% in treatment group ;the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Integrated Chinese and western medicine has definite therapeutic effects on acute radiation esophagitis.
