益气活血降压汤治疗气虚血瘀型高血压51例

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血降压汤治疗气虚血瘀型高血压的临床疗效。方法:将102例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各51例。对照组口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合益气活血降压汤。观察两组患者治疗前后血压、中医血瘀症候积分和血流变学等指标的变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后血压较治疗前显著下降,且治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医症候积分较治疗前降低,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后血流变学指标均显著低于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血降压汤治疗气虚血瘀型高血压病,能较好地控制血压水平、改善中医症状、改善血流变学指标。Objective ：To observe the clinical effects of Qi-Benefiting, Blood-Activating and Hypotensive Decoction on hypertension due to qi deficiency and blood stasis. Methods ：Totally 102 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 51 cases in each group. Control group were orally given Amlodipine Tablets while treatment group were added with Qi-Benefiting, Blood-Activating and Hypotensive Decoction. The blood pressure, scores of TCM blood stasis and indicators of hemorrheology in both groups before and after fhe treatment were observed. Results ：The blood pressure in both groups declined significantly after the treatment, and the decline in treatment group was greater than that in control group ;the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. The scores of TCM symptoms in both groups decreased after the treatment,and the score in treatment group was lower than that in control group ; the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The bemorrheology indicators in both groups markedly declined after the treatment, and the decline in treatment group was better than that in Control group,with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：In treating hypertension due to qi deficiency and blood stasis, Qi-Benefiting, Blood-Activating and Hypotensive Decoction can well control the level of blood pressure ,improve the TCM symptoms and improve the hemorrheology indicators.
