中药灌肠液治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎36例

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟中药灌肠液治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将72例慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各36例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组采用中药灌肠治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后炎症因子水平及血液流变学指标变化情况。结果:观察组有效率为91.67%,对照组有效率为69.44%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α),白介素-1(interleukin-1,IL-1)、白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后红细胞电泳、红细胞压积与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后全血黏度、血浆黏度、血沉水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟中药灌肠液治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,可明显患者改善患者血液流变性,改善微循环,降低IL-1、IL-6及TNF-α水平。Objective ： To observe the clinical effects of enema of Self-Formulated Chinese Medicine Decoction on chronic ulcerative colitis. Methods：Totally 72 patients with chronic ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 36 cases in each group. Control group were given western medicine treatment while observation group were given enema of Chinese medicine decoction. The clinical effects, the levels of inflammatory factors before and after the treatment and the change of hemorheology after the treatment were observed. Results： The effective rate was 91.67% in observation group and 69.44% in control group; the difference had statistical significance （P 〈0.05）. The levels of TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-6 in both groups declined after the treatment, and the decline in observation group was greater than that in control group, with statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The difference in erythrocyte electrophoresis and hematokrit had no statistical significance when compared with these be- fore treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation were lower than these before treatment, and the level in observation group was lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The enema of Self-For- mulated Chinese medicine decoction has remarkable therapeutic effects on chronic ulcerative colitis ,which can improve the blood rheological property and microcirculation and lower the levels of TNF-α, IL-1 and IL-6.
