八珍汤联合鲨肝醇治疗妇科恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞下降55例

摘　　要：目的:观察八珍汤联合鲨肝醇治疗妇科恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞下降的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年3月—2015年3月在本院接受化疗的妇科恶性肿瘤患者110例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组给予鲨肝醇治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合八珍汤治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后白细胞计数。结果:对照组有效率为80.00%,观察组有效率为90.91%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后白细胞计数高于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:八珍汤联合鲨肝醇对妇科恶性肿瘤化疗所致的白细胞下降有显著疗效。Objective ： To observe the clinical effects of Eight Gem Decoction combined with Batyl Alcohol on leukoeytes decline af- ter gynecologic malignant tumor chemotherapy. Methods：Totally 110 patients with leukocytes decline after gynecologic malignant tumor chemotherapy hospitalized between March,2014 and March,2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 55 cases in each group. Control group were given Batyl Alcohol while observation group were added with Eight Gem Decoction for the treatment. The clinical effects and the White blood cell counts beh-re aml after the treatment were compared be- tween the two groups. Results：The effective rate was 80： 00% in control group and 90.91% in observation group;the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, the white blood cell counts in both groups got higher, and observation group were better than control group, with statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Eight Gem Decoction combined with Batyl Alcohol has remarkable therapeutic effects on leukocytes decline ＇after gynecologic malignant tumor chemotherapy.
