摘  要:虫类药是中草药的重要组成部分,其临床应用已有几千年的历史,功效逐渐被医家认知,应用范围不断拓展。近现代虫类药用于治疗咳喘病越来越受到医家的重视和广泛使用。临床实践表明常用虫类药具有疏风利咽、宣肺止咳,清肺化痰、解痉平喘,活血通络、息风止痛,温补肺肾、纳气定喘等功用。临床应在辨证论治基础上选药配伍,如蝉蜕、僵蚕适用于风热引起的咳喘;地龙、僵蚕适用于肺热、痰型咳喘;全蝎、蜈蚣适用于久病咳喘、血瘀痰阻明显,症状剧烈的咳喘或哮喘持续状态;蛤蚧、冬虫夏草则适用于久病体虚或年老体衰阴阳两虚的咳喘证。Worm drugs are the important part of Chinese herbal medicine. The clinical application of it has a history of thousands of years, and its effects has been gradually recognized by the doctors and the application range keeps enlarging. In modem times, the application of worm drugs to the treatmenl of cough and asthma is increasing valued and widely used. In clinical practice,the commonly-used worm drugs have the effect of dispersing wind and relieving sore throat, ventilating the lung and checking pain, clearing the tung and resolving phlegm, soothing spasm and asthma,activating blood flow and dredging collaterals,calming wind and relieving pain, warming and tonifying the lung and kidney, receiving qi and stopping asthma. In clinic,the selection and com- patibility of drugs should be based on syndrome differentiation and treatment. For instance. Chantui ( Periostracum Cicadae) and Jiangcan ( Bombyx Batryticatus) are applicable to cough and asthma due to wind heat pathogen;Dilong (Pheretima) and Jiangcan ( Bombyx Batryticatus) are applicable to cough and asthma due to lung heat and phlegm;QuarLxie (Scorpio) and Wugong ( Scolo- pendra) are applicable to cough and asthma due to chronic disease and obvious obstruction of blood stasis and phlegm, with symptoms of severe or persistent cough and asthma;Gejie (Gecko) and Dongchongxiacao (Cordyceps) are applicable to cough and asthma due to weak constitution caused by tong-term disease or yin and yang deficiency resulting from aging.
