摘 要:为了解决环形交叉路口的照明问题,基于非成像光学的光学扩展量守恒理论,提出了一种产生环形光斑透镜的方案。该方案对单个透镜和透镜阵列进行设计,并利用Trace Pro软件对其进行模拟,结果均能得到环形光斑。对于单个透镜,随着光源尺寸的增大,目标照明面的照度均匀性降低,光能利用率基本保持不变,当发光二极管(LED)光源尺寸为5 mm×5 mm时,目标照明面的照度均匀性为86.5%,光能利用率为90.3%。对于3种透镜阵列,通过设置合适的初始参数,得到目标照明面的照度均匀性在91%以上,光能利用率均在90%以上,符合道路照明设计标准。In order to solve the problem of the roundabout crossing illumination, a design method of lens with circular spots is proposed based on the theory of etendue conservation in non-imaging optics. Through the designed single lens and lens arrays, the circular spot can be obtained by simulation of TracePro software. The simulation of single lens shows that the illumination uniformity of the target surface is reduced with light source size increasing, but the efficiency keeps unchanged. The illumination uniformity of the target surface is about 86. 5~ and the efficiency is about 90.3 % when the size of light emitting diode(LED) source is 5 min× 5 mm. For the three kinds of lens arrays, the illumination uniformities are more than 91% and efficiencies are more than 90% by setting the appropriate initial parameters. This design is in eomformity with the design standards of road illumination.
