摘　　要：文章旨在分析辽宁省基本社会医疗保险的满意度。运用因子分析法对2011-2015年辽宁省相同区/县内居民医保满意度的跟踪调查数据进行分析。结果显示,在2011-2015年,三大医保满意度从高到低的依次为:城镇职工、城镇居民、新农合;报销比例、定点医院、报销程序的满意度是影响三大医保满意度的主要重要共性因素。进一步简化报销程序,积极推进医保程序信息化建设,实现异地结算;定点医院需在提高、规范自身医疗水平、规范医疗行为和服务,针对目前医保资金的使用情况,医保管理部门应合理规划报销范围,将地方常见病纳入医保基本的报销范围,切实提升参保者的医疗保障水平。Factor analysis was used to study the satisfaction on basic social medical insurances in Liaoning based on survey from 2011 to 2015. The results showed that the highest satisfaction was on the basic medical insurance for urban working, the second was on the basic medical insurance for urban residents, and the lowest was on the New Cooperative Medical System. The main influencing factors were reimbursement proportion, designated hospitals and reimbursement procedure. Based on which, some countermeasures were put forward, such as simplifying the reimbursement procedure, promoting the informationization construction of electronic heahhcare record system and inter-city settlement.
