摘　　要：目的:分析居民卫生服务利用公平性,探讨卫生服务利用公平的影响因素。方法:运用描述性统计学方法分析样本居民门诊和住院服务利用情况;采用集中指数法分析卫生服务利用公平性;并利用Probit回归分析卫生服务利用公平性的影响因素。结果:随着收入增长,居民对门诊服务的利用增加,住院服务利用减少,卫生服务利用存在不公平性。建议:加大对低收入水平居民门诊服务的保障水平,实现卫生服务利用公平。Objective To analyze the equity of residents＇ healthcare utilization, and explore thefactors to influence the equity of residents＇ healthcare utilization. Methods The sampled residents＇ healthcare utilization of outpatient and inpatient services was analyzed with descriptive statistical methods. The equity of residents＇ healthcare utilization was analyzed withconcentration index method. And the factors to influence the equity of residents＇ healthcareutilization was analyzed with Probit regression analysis. Results With the growth of residents＇income,their healthcare utilization of outpatient services increased, but utilization of inpatient services decreased. The residents＇ healthcare utilization was in inequity. Conclusion Health insurances on outpatient services for residents with lower income should be increased to achieve the equity of health service utilization.
