摘 要:为提高球面磨削精度,分析了影响大型高硬球面磨削精度的各种因素,提出了大型高硬球面垂直仰式精密磨削方法,该方法能避免重力变形、轴承及导轨磨损等因素对球面磨削精度的影响.通过有限元和实验分析,确立了大型高硬球面磨削过程中温度分布状况,提出了抑制热变形的冷却方式和磨削工艺.进一步提出了基于图像识别的球面磨削形状精度在位判别方法与控制策略,实验结果表明,该方法可以有效提高大型高硬球面磨削的形状精度.The factors influencing the grinding accuracy of large hard sphere was analyzed and the method of vertical precision grinding of large high hard sphere was proposed to improve the grinding accuracy of the spherical surface. The proposed method can avoid the influence of gravity deformation, bearing guide rail wear migration and other factors influencing the spherical surface grinding accuracy. Through the anal- ysis of finite element and experiment, the temperature distribution of large hard sphere grinding, the cooling modes of inhibition of thermal deformation, and the grinding scheme were determined. Further, an online control method for the spherical grinding precision based on image recognition was proposed. The proposed method can effectively improve the shape precision of large hard sphere grinding.
