摘　　要：针对纬编提花轮提花工艺设计时,自动生成钢米排列软件较贵,手动排列钢米繁琐易出错的问题,提出一种利用Excel软件直观设计花型,并快速准确地自动生成提花轮钢米排列的方法。讨论3色均匀提花的花型设计及自动生成钢米排列的方法与步骤,包括表格预处理,编辑参数区、花型显示区、钢米排列区的公式,以及制作钢米排列仿实物图和钢米排列表,并提出一些有待改进的技术要点和注意事项。In terms of the problem of expensive automatic bits arrangement software and error-prone manual bits arrangement about pettern wheel jacquard design of weft knitted fabrics, this paper presents a method of automatic pattern wheel bits arrangement which is fast and accurate by using Excel software. It discusses in detail the steps and stages of three-color jacquard pattern design and automatically generated bits arrangement, including prepara- tion, parameters range editing, pattern display range, bits arrangement formula, physical emulation, bits arrange- ment, and it puts forward some technology points and considerations that are needed to improve with combining the operation process.
