摘 要:基于氨纶的性能特点,采用19.68 tex的环锭纺棉纱和44.00 tex氨纶在28针/25.4 mm的Relanit3.2针织圆机上,编织纯棉、棉氨半添纱、棉氨全添纱3种纬平针织物,并分别编织3种线圈长度的试样,对织物的尺寸及物理性能进行测试。结果表明,线圈长度和氨纶含量对针织物的尺寸及物理性能有一定影响;随着氨纶含量的增加,织物横密、纵密增大;含氨纶的面料更紧密,织物的克质量和厚度较大,但透气性、抗起毛起球性、歪斜程度较差。Based on the properties of the spandex, the paper develops three kinds of plain knitted fabrics with cotton, cotton/spandex semi-plating and cotton/spandex full-plating on 28 gauge Relanit 3.2 circular knitting ma- chine, which employs 30 rex ring spun cotton yarn and 44 tex spandex. In addition, each kind of fabric is knitted with three different loop lengths, and the dimensional stability and physical properties are tested. The results show that the loop length and the spandex content determine the dimensional stability and physical properties, and as the spandex content increases, the course and the wale density also increase. The fabric with more spandex compo- sition is more compact, which has higher fabric weight, bigger thickness and worse air permeability, pilling effect and skewness.
