摘  要:为研究嵌入Antisity^(TM)纤维后针织物的抗静电性能,采用Antisity^(TM)纤维与吸湿快干型超细涤纶丝交织,开发出系列纬编割圈绒产品。通过试验探讨在织物全毛长、克质量相同时,Antisity^(TM)纤维含量及其在织物中的配置方式对割圈绒织物抗静电性能的影响。结果表明:Antisity^(TM)纤维可明显改善织物的抗静电性能;其含量和配置方式对织物的抗静电性能影响较显著,随着纤维含量的增加,织物的电荷面密度及静电压半衰期呈减小趋势;Antisity^(TM)纤维作为底面绑丝时,易被表面绒毛遮盖影响其抗静电效果。In order to study the antistatic property of the Antisity^TM fiber knitted fabric, the paper develops se- ries of weft knitted cut pile fabrics by using the Antisity^TM fiber and moisture-absorbing and fast-dry low-elastic ul- tra-fine polyester yarn. The effect of Antisity^TM fiber content and its distribution in fabrics with the same pile length and the same surface density of fabric are investigated by experimental method. The results show that the Antisity^TM fiber can improve the antistatic properties effectively of the fabrics, the content and distribution of Antisity^TM fiber in the fabrics also have obvious effects on the antistatic property. With the content increase of the Antisity^TM fiber, the electric charge density and half-life period of static show a trend of decrease. If the Antisity^TM fiber is the binding yarn in the fabric, the antistatic property is affected by surface hair.
