摘　　要：近年来,大学生就业问题一直是我国面临的重大问题,随着我国社会经济的发展,大学生就业的形势有了新的变化。从当前大学生就业形势、了解大学生普遍素质、分析大学生就业的现象与当前大学生就业资本等方面进行研究,探讨当前大学生在就业的时候应该具备哪些过硬的竞争资本。In recent years, college students＇ employment has been a maior issue in China. The situation of their employment has new change with the development of society and economy in China. This paper focuses on the research of current situation of college students＇ employment, the students＂ general quality and their job--hunting ability and also discusses what competition abilities the college students should have in their job hunting.
