摘 要:感应无线技术广泛应用于工业大型有轨移动机车位置检测系统,该技术具有较好的灵活性及较强的抗干扰能力。为进一步提高地址检测的速度,确保多台有轨机车在同一条轨道安全运行,以DSP芯片为核心,设计了基于感应无线技术的工业有轨机车高速位置检测系统。根据感应无线位置检测原理,利用感应信号的相位和幅度信息分别计算出机车的大致地址和精密地址,从而得到机车的实时位置。实验结果表明,该系统能连续、稳定地对工业有轨机车进行实时位置检测,检测精度达到2 mm,检测一次地址所需时间由现有的最快25 ms缩短为10 ms,系统具有实时性强、精度高、维护成本低等优点。The induction radio technology is widely used for rail locomotive position detection system in industry.The technology has a good flexibility and strong anti-interference ability. To further improve the position detection speed and ensure locomotives work safely in the same rail,a high-speed detection system was proposed based on DSP and induction radio technology. According to the position detection principle of induction radio technology,the locomotive's approximate and accurate address were calculated quickly,which used the induction signal phase and amplitude,respectively,then the real-time position of the locomotive was obtained by DSP. The experimental results show that the designed system can steadily and continuously detect the real-time position of the locomotive with 2 mm resolution and the single detection time reduces from 25 ms to 10 ms. The improved system has the advantages of good real-time property,high accuracy and low maintenance cost.
