摘 要:中东Safah油田所产原油为轻质原油,水相矿化度高,在用破乳剂无法满足脱后油中含盐浓度低于57 mg/L的指标要求,为此,研制了具有脱盐功能的破乳剂DE9017,并在Safah油田Safah、Al Barakah两个中心站及其卫星站进行了现场应用,在不改变原有加药量及生产工艺的条件下,与现场在用破乳剂相比,脱后原油含盐浓度降低至30 mg/L以下,达到了指标要求,同时脱水效果、分离出水水质也得到改善。Sarah Oilfield produced light crude oil and high salinity produced water. Using incumbentdemulsifier, the salt content of dehydrated oil was over target requirement 57 mg/L (20 PTB). Therefore, desalting demulsifier DE9017 was developed, and it was used at Safah and Al Barakah central production facility and the satellite stations ofthem in field test. By using DE9017, the salt content of-dehydrated oil was under 30 mg/L, the dehydration effect and the separation water quality were also better than incumbent demulsifier with the same treatment process and injection rates of demulsifier.
