摘  要:新疆油田某原油处理站实际处理量将达设计负荷的150%,运行管理面临极大困难。通过对原油处理系统优化调整,实现三段串联深度处理工艺,同时兼具串、并联流程并行切换功能,原油处理能力由80×10~4t/a提升至120×10~4t/a,解决了原油脱水困难的问题,系统应急能力得到显著提升。将低含水净化原油调整至系统后端,并对破乳剂性能进行优化和跟踪评价,有效缓解了因物性差异大导致混合原油脱水困难的状况。建立了自动化监测系统并对系统运行参数进行优化,使系统能在高负荷状态下平稳安全运行。The actual processing capacity of a certain crude oil processing station in Xinjiang Oiffield has reached 150% which causedgreat operation and management difficulties. By modifying the crude oil processing system, three-sections series treatment process was achieved as well as both series and parallel switchable function by optimizing the processing system. The capacity of crude oil processing has increased from 80 × 10^4 t/a to 120 × 10^4 t/a. Thus, the difficulties in dehydration was solved and the system emergency response capacity has been significantly improved. Difficulties in dehydration caused by large differences in physical properties of mixed crude oil has been released though adjusting the low water purified crude oiito the reclr end as well was re-evaluated and screened demulsifier. The automated monitoring system was established and system operating parameters were optimized to keep system safe and steady under the high load situation.
