摘  要:针对新疆油田采油二厂81#联合站采出水处理回注系统腐蚀结垢严重的情况,对该站采出水水质及腐蚀结垢产物进行了分析。采用静态阻垢法评价了药剂的阻垢性能,采用静态挂片法和动电位极化法评价了药剂的缓蚀性能。经水质净化平衡复合药剂处理后水质明显改善,当平衡调控剂浓度为100 mg/L,其他净水药剂浓度不变时,处理后水质稳定,24 h钙失率仅为0.6%,腐蚀速率为0.035 mm/a,能实现对腐蚀与结垢的有效控制,使阻垢率和腐蚀速率达到油田相关标准的要求。In allusion to the serious corrosion and scaling of produced water treatment system in District 2 of xinjiang Oilfield, this paper analyzed the produced water quality and substance due to the corrosion and scaling process, evaluated theanti-scaling and anti-corrosion eFFect through static scale inhibition method and corrosion detection method. AFter treating with water quality stabilization chemicals, produced water quality could be modified significantly, the loss rate of Ca2+ can be reduced to 0.6% and corrosion rate can be reduced to 0.035 mm/a when the dosage oF water quality stabilization chemicals is 100 mg/L, in which case corrosion and scaling rates can be controlled within reinjection standard.
