摘 要:稠油油田生产工况复杂,物联网监控点多,报警量大,无效报警多,报警参数难以及时调整,人工处理效率低。运用物联网实时监控数据,结合生产运行管理经验,开发报警辅助分析系统,对报警分级分类管理,实现报警限值自动推算,关键报警信息、处理方法自动推送。同时规范报警参数管理,提高报警参数、规则设置准确性和时效性,提高了报警信息质量与报警处理效率。The alarm parameters is difficult to be adjusted timely, because the Production condition of heavy oil field is complex and the monitoring point of the I nternet of Things is a lot. There are many problems, such as large amount of alarm rates and invalid alarms, lower manual processing efficiency. Using the real-time monitoring data of the Internet of Things, combined with production and operation management experience, an alarmassisted analysis system is developed to the classified management of alarm, automatic alarm threshold is realized, and key alarm information and processing methods are automatically pushed. At the same time, management ofalarm parameters are standardized, the accuracy and timeliness of rules setting and alarm arameters, and the quality ofalarm information and alarm processing efficiency are improved. As part of the process monitoring management, the system has played an active role in improving the working environment of operators and the production efficiency, and achieving safe production management.
