番茄重组自交系群体耐冷鉴定体系探究

摘  要:为了探究用生理指标反映群体耐冷性的可行性,以冷敏感栽培种番茄XF98-7与耐冷的野生醋栗番茄LA2184及其杂交构建的含有146个家系的重组自交系RIL(recombinant inbred line)群体为试验材料,在统计芽期低温相对发芽率、幼苗冷害指数的基础上,测量了幼苗冷害后的POD(peroxidase)活性相对变化率和叶绿素含量相对变化率2个指标。结合4个指标间的弱相关性分析结果,并综合考虑测量数据整齐性、试验可操作性等因素后,认为用POD活性和叶绿素含量对大群体做耐冷性评估值得商榷,需要做进一步试验验证。A recombinant inbred line(RIL)population with 146 individuals derived from a cold sensitive cultivated Solanum lycopersicoides XF98-7 and a cold-tolerant wild Solanum. pimpinellifolium LA2184 was employed to explore the possibility of evaluating the cold tolerance of large population based on physiological indexes. On the basis of relative germination ratio and chilling index, the peroxidase(POD) activity relative increase ratio and chlorophyll content relative increase ratio were calculated to evaluate the cold-tolerance of the RIL population. We concluded that in consideration of the low correlation of the four indexes, the uniformity of the data and the operability of the experiment, further research works are required to verify the reliability of evaluating the cold tolerance of tomato in large population by POD activity and chlorophyll content.
